This is the year I chose to overhaul my life. This is the year I took purposeful action to quit the thing that was keeping me small and in less than optimal health. This is the year I step fully into being the creator of my life and taking responsibility for my life. This is the year I step fully into being the creator of my health and being fully responsible for my health. • Since I quit alcohol and followed through with a 90 day gut reset nutrition program, I get compliments on my skin. This didn’t happen before. I’m no longer polluting my body with toxins- alcohol and sugar. And I adhere to an anti inflammatory diet 90% of the time. I’m hydrated. My body can finally absorb the good nutrients I give it. My body is able to heal and repair when I sleep instead of detox from the wine I drank the night before. • Health is yours if you want it. All you have to do is three things. Make the decision to be the creator and be responsible for your health. Follow through with the actions that will provide you with optimal health. There's nothing weird about deciding to cut something toxic (quite literally) out of your life that prevents you from being your best self and living your best life. A little Friday evening contemplation- • Rebellious acts used to be considered 1) drinking excessive alcohol. 2) partying all of the time. 3) Smoking cigarettes. 4) Showing up to work late being nonchalant and giving zero f*cks. • Rebellious acts now are actions of courage and responsibility. 1) Choosing to live alcohol free. 2) Choosing to not pollute your body.
