20.01.2019 so Iβve now invested in a wash bar & shampoo bar. I have to say, my hair is facing withdrawal symptoms like some addict. Just goes to show how much chemicals are having an impact on our body & creating major imbalances in our skin and hair. 3 weeks in to using the shampoo bar & my hair still feels heavy & is overproducing oils to try restore its natural balance. 06.01.19 Ran into a wood mouse today. He looked knackered, got snuggled up against my boot & was staring up at me. So I talked to him for a good few minutes & encouraged him into the hedgerow at the other side of the road. Standard Sunday. β£
