This is me now. After 19.5 I can forever be found on the floor of @pacificstrength Just forward my mail and send any correspondence here. My phone will be dead in an hour or so and with no charging cables near the rig I will be cut off from calls and email. It was a wild ride. ALL OF THR BURPEES! That's how many we did today. @acuocrossfit kept it simple and spicy this morning. A couple of folks did over two hundred. I thought about doing that many. But instead I did way less than that. Thank you Amanda for the great class.
