In September 2017 the EU 5G Appeal,signed by more than 180 scientists & doctors from 35 nations was submitted to the #European Commission demanding a moratorium on the increase of cell/mobile antennas for planned 5G expansion. Concerns over health effects from higher radiation exposure include potential neurological impacts, infertility & cancer.
“We the undersigned #scientists & doctors recommend a moratorium on the roll-out of the fifth generation, 5G, for #telecommunication until potential hazards for human health & the environment have been fully investigated by scientists independent from industry. 5G will substantially increase exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) on top of the 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, etc. for telecommunications already in place. RF-EMF has been proven to be harmful for humans and the environment…”5G will include the higher millimeter wave frequencies never before used for internet & communications technology. The 5G deployment proposes to add frequencies in the #microwave spectrum in the low- (0.6 GHz – 3.7 GHz), mid- (3.7GHz – 24 GHz) & high-band frequencies (24 GHz & higher) for faster communications. Higher frequencies do not travel far and are blocked by buildings, so the high-band systems will have to use a dense network of fixed antennae outdoors every 300 meters as well as indoor systems. These will be placed on lamp posts (new led street lights), poles & even under manholes. This radiation, like the 2G, 3G, 4G telecommunications systems, has not had pre-market testing for long term health effects despite the fact that people will be exposed continuously to this microwave radiation.

Как сообщает газета The Wall Street Journal со ссылкой на оценку компании Sand Hill Econometrics, в 2016 году инвесторы оценивали Eero в 251 млн долларов💸.

За свою историю, которая началась в 2014 году, Eero собрала от инвесторов💰 почти 100 млн долларов. В стартап вложили Index Ventures, Initialized Capital, Menlo Ventures, а также инвестиционный фонд Grishin Robotics, принадлежащий сооснователю и председателю совету директоров Mail.ru Group Дмитрию Гришину.

В Grishin Robotics называют Eero первой компанией применившей принцип mesh-networking для 🏠домашних роутеров. Этот подход минимизировал мертвые зоны в квартирах и домах, что позволило увеличить стабильность работы домашнего Wi-Fi🌍. Вместо установки единственного WiFi-устройств технология Eero предполагает использование многочисленных точек доступа, которые обеспечивают равномерное покрытие помещений на основе ячеистой топологии компьютерной сети.

本日、オーナーさんのお付き合いのある会社の物件の見学に同行させて頂きました。

小倉北区にある。
「コンプレート古船場」
という物件の内装を見せて頂きました。

なんといっても、まずは入口のセキュリティがすごいんです。
センサーをかざさず、センサーをポケットに入れてるだけで、自動ドアが開いちゃいます。

初めからワクワクが止まらない物件ですよね。

そこからお部屋の鍵がなんと、テンキーになっているんです。世の中どんどん電子化されています。鍵を忘れてもすぐに入れちゃいます。すごく、すごく便利です。

2階は、シェアハウスとなっております。都会でしか見たことがありませんでした。
とても新鮮です。
お部屋は、それぞれセパレートされているため、プライバシーもしっかり守られています。
それぞれのお部屋にトイレも、シャワーもついてます。
湯船に浸かりたい時には、共用の浴槽があります。

大きなモニターでのテレビ鑑賞や、キッチン、冷蔵庫は、ラウンジと呼ばれる共同広間にあります。ここで仲良くご飯を食べるところを想像するだけで、テレビ番組の世界みたいで、ドキドキしちゃいますよね。

屋上に行きますと、ドッグランのスペースがあるんです。建物内に、運動するスペースがあると、安全性抜群です。お子さんがいる家庭でも安心して、遊びに連れて行けます！！最後にお伝えしたいのが、
なんといっても個性的なお部屋の数々、それぞれの階、それぞれのお部屋に様々な顔が見られます。
一つの物件でこんなにも沢山のお部屋があるのかと思うとびっくりです。オーナーさんの建物への思い入れをすごく感じます。

打ちっ放しの天井もあれば、
クロスの天井もあります。

トイレには、USBコンセント、室内には、wifi環境が整っており、かゆいところに手が届くとは、この事だとすごく勉強になる物件でした。いい部分をたくさん吸収して行こうと思う一日でした。
帰ったあとも、余韻に慕っております。

また、近々遊びに行きたいです。一日中居ても飽きない物件でした。
