Walking! Why walking? Welp, for one it doesn’t cost you much. Meaning it doesn’t hurt or set you back. It takes little to no recovery. The most bang for your buck bodyweight movements you can do is sprinting or if you’re inside maybe something like a burpee. These movements will burn a lot of calories but how often can you do them and at what intensity? Walking is so simple you can hammer it every 3 hours or so from sunrise to sun down every damn day!

My favourite : walk for 3 β€˜minutes then jog for 1 minutes intervals. 2️⃣Hydrate Water isn’t just for hydration-Ir impacts weight loss ,energy and gym performance πŸ‘‰πŸ»Do this:I want you to purchase a 24 pack of bottled water and grab two bottles on the way out the door each morning drink those two bottles before noon every day 3️⃣Track your food: Simply eating healthier isn’t enough .Awareness is key πŸ‘‰πŸ»Do this :use my fitness pal to track everything you eat most people realise they are overeeating calories and under eating protein awareness = results 4️⃣Plan and prepare: Failing to plan is planning to fail!! Meal prep saves time and keeps you. Consistent πŸ‘‰πŸ»Do this :Use the meal and recipe discovery section inside my fitness pal to create yourself a meal plan Use instramart for groceries delivery or pick 5️⃣Resistance training: Building muscle =burning more calories even at rest plus it gives your toned look you’re after without it?
