Recipe:-
Dough
Flour:- 200gm
Caster Sugar:- 15-20 gm
Instant yeast:- 4gm
Salt:- 5-10 gm
Oil:- 1-2 tbsp
For coating as you required
Water as required #
Dough should be not too soft and not too hard just like stuff Paratha dough
Let the dough rest until it doubled in size
For filling:-
Panner:- 100-150 gm in small cubes
Capsicum
Cabbage
Green chilli-2-3
Fresh cream:- 1 tbsp
Mayo:- 2-3 tbsp
Green chilli sauce :- 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup:- 1 tbsp
Spices:-
Salt as per taste
Pav bhaji masala:- 1tsp
Kitchen king :- 1tsp
Coriander powder:- 1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli :- 1tsp
Black pepper:-1/4tsp
White pepper :1/4 tsp
Oregano:- 1/2tsp
Chilli flakes:- 1/2 tsp
Haldi:- 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder:-1/2 tsp
Butter +ghee+oil mix for better flavour
You can adjust all the spices according to your taste
After filling all your buns let them rest for about 30 min to 45 min
Bake this at 200 degree until golden brown colour
For first coating before baking
Milk:- 3-4 tbsp
Oil:-1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli :- 1/4 tsp
After baking coating
Butter:- 4-5 tbsp
Fresh Coriander finely chopped
Chilli flakes:- 1/4 tsp

THHow to Make Marco Pierre White’s Stuffed Pig’s Trotter ⭐️⭐️⭐️
FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ (feeds 2 people)
INGREDIENTS:
2 pig’s trotters - each ideally ~6 » long
1/2 lb veal sweetbreads (it is usually hard to buy sweetbreads in smaller quantities, so you will likely have leftovers)
1/2 lb chicken breast
1.5 L veal or beef stock
2 cups dried morel mushrooms (the smaller the better)
2 cups (1/4 lb) button mushrooms
1 package shimeji mushrooms
10-12 pearl onions
1 yellow onion
2 large shallots
3-4 sprigs of thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 bunch tarragon
7-8 small Yukon gold potatoes
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 egg white
1/4 lb + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk (+ more as needed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp neutral oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup Madeira
1/4 cup brandy/cognac
2 tbsp white pepper (whole peppercorns + more in a grinder)
Fine sea/kosher salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. 12-24 hours before cooking, soak your sweetbreads and pigs trotters in cold water, in two separate containers. Change out the water every 6 hours or so.
2. When ready to begin cooking, remove the pigs trotters from the water, and pat them dry. Cut off any remaining hairs you see. Using a sharp paring knife, debone your pigs trotters, cutting through the skin in the underside of the trotter, and going all the way to the first knuckle on the largest toes. Cut through the largest joint of the first knuckle, leaving the front toes intact. For a full instructional video for deboning pigs trotters, I highly recommend looking up any of Pierre Koffman’s how-to videos, as he is the goat of deboning pigs feet. My biggest piece of advice is to go slow, take your time, and always keep the tip of your knife pressed against the bone when cutting - this way you won’t pierce the skin!
