Originally made this account to post fitness tips and workouts for my clients, family, and friends. I know that I’ve strayed away from this for quite some time now, and it’s because my life doesn’t completely revolve around fitness. So many people get so caught up in the “fitness lifestyle“ that they put other aspects of their life on the back burner and I’ve refused to let this happen because I truly believe that life is all about a healthy balance. -
Over the past year, I’ve been doing a lot of self work to increase my awareness and work past limiting beliefs within myself, focusing on growing my business, enjoying having fun with friends & fam, and managing my EBV, thyroid, and hormone imbalances.

For me right now it’s all about a healthy balance of health, work, & play time. -
All three of these are equal priority because without good health you can’t accomplish anything, without work you can’t afford to play and have no feeling of accomplishment, and what’s the point in working hard all the time if you can’t have some fun and enjoy yourself? -
At the moment, I’m slowly easing back into higher intensity workouts and increasing the frequency of them as my body is healing. And I’m always focusing on nourishment. I like to put as many nutrients & vitamins into each meal that I make and am very mindful of what I put into my body. I’m still vegan, gluten free, & soy free (not gonna lie, I’ve been cheating and eating some soy though🙊). I also allow myself to enjoy life - so if I want to eat a cheat meal once in a while, then I will eat one and won’t beat myself up about it if I do. I will say this time and time again - life is all about balance. And balance is what creates sustainability in a healthy lifestyle. -
I hope that you’re enjoying my posts about my own wellness journey. I’m a coach & trainer myself, but us fitness professionals are far from perfect and I always have things that I’m learning and trying to improve. I’m looking forward to making workout videos again, creating more recipes, and am even thinking about sharing some of things that I do with my clients on here.
