A more blissful day today. It's a perfect day to spend with family and leave your cares and worries behind. It's a day to focus on the positive and bring joy into your life. Some of you will find that you will feel less burdened by money. Perhaps you have had a shift in your perception and don't feel the need to fear what is around the corner as much. Or, you may have recently refinanced so some of your money has been freed up and the burden has eased.
Others will feel the magic of life itself. There is indeed magic all around and today you are more likely to actually see it.
So make some time for family and other positive pursuits. Get out in nature, go to the park or just chill and relax.

I decided that I am done with struggling. Achieving what I want is not supposed to be a struggle, it’s supposed to be a flow. I’m sharing this as a reminder for myself, because for some reason I lost touch with my co-creative self over the past few weeks.
I very well know how the law of attraction works and how everything we think, do and feel reflects back at us in our reality. Thus, I was trying to change something on the outside in order to manifest what I truly want. It’s ironic and I am much wiser than that.
I was struggling to be more successful with my creative work instead of being grateful for what I am already able to do on a daily basis! I was trying to actively change the outcome of my work by following strategies, researching marketing methods and looking for a holy grail on the outside. I felt miserable while doing so and creativity fell behind. I am worthy of manifesting what I want without having to struggle and I am powerful enough to make everything happen without any tools from the outside. I can manifest in a genuine, loving, heart-based way that I truly vibe with.
Shortly after I let go of these limiting expectations I had an important conversation with an important person in my life today. As soon as I surrendered, the Universe was giving in, was able to take over again and guide me along its unconventional ways. Things are falling into place, just because I gave up on the idea of how they’re supposed to happen.

I just came across a scribbled piece of writing which I remember doing late one evening whilst in Rehab. I felt claustrophobic with no where to go to be on my own, so I went and hid behind a huge oak tree and cried until I found the strength to just be... with my thoughts my noisy head and try to release on the scrap piece of paper I had on me. I’ve said it before but I’ll keep saying it again and again - the hardest yet best thing I could have ever done is set foot on this long road to recovery. I intend on using all my many, many diary entries, poems and jotted down thoughts in the future to try and help others. Part of manifesting your abundance is getting into reality with where you are now. Sometimes that's a tough pill to swallow.

If you have lots of debt or spend more each month then you make, changes are probably needed.

Cutting spending can feel like you have to deprive yourself of the things you want. But that is all just your mindset that needs adjusting.

One way to do it is to set up a "money for me" account. 💵 Every time you save money in a purchase, decide not to buy something, eat in instead of eat out, negotiate a lower APR, 💳 ask for a raise, etc, you put that money in an account for you. Use it to pay down debt or take a vacation. You get to decide, it's money for you! 💰

You'll cut your expenses and spend less, but still earn an incentive for yourself!

Mindset is everything. You can choose to think negatively about cutting spending or positively about having that nice little wad of "me" money!

TLDR: ☀️Read this in its entirety to change your life!☀️
The number one reason people cannot manifest exactly what they want is resistance.
The number one resistance I’ve found in myself and others, (That I’ve learned to let go!) is the belief that we are not enough.
I want a relationship- but I don’t feel worthy of one.
I want my dream career but I don’t feel worthy of it.
I want abundance but I don’t feel worthy of it.
I want to feel freedom and joy and happiness and love, but I don’t feel worthy.
The reason we don’t feel worthy is we have always looked OUTSIDE for validation.
Hell- we can post something on our phones and literally get validation from millions of people online. But this will never give us what we looking for.
We can have millions of people validating us in whatever way: liking our posts commenting how we are #goals#sobeautiful#gorgeous#inspiring and still feel 100% unworthy. We simply cannot create the life we want and deserve under these low vibrational conditions. This is where most good intentioned great humans mess up.
We need to look IN for validation. It is first and foremost how WE feel about OURSELVES.
To say that you are not worthy is to reject existence itself. You are worthy because you are here. You are here because you have a purpose. The trees have a purpose. Animals have a purpose. The tiny positively charged ions inside of you are here for a purpose.
When we truly understand and believe this we can literally be and have whatever we want. I mean it. You can have a billion dollars. You can meet your soulmate. You can move to India and ride elephants or move to Idaho and have a potato farm!And the universe will align with your beliefs and bring you exactly what you want AS SOON AS YOU RELEASE YOUR RESISTANCE.
I hope this helps you. I’ve been going through this crazy process that has been bringing me- an already driven and awesome person & matching me up with exactly what I want! (Even though sometimes it comes about in ways I didn’t plan or couldn’t imagine!)

Hugs, most of us love them, but some of us don't. I guess it's that way with everything in life. Some do , some don't. Some will, some won't.
I have always enjoyed a good hug. You know, the one where the other person isn't afraid of close physical contact, not the...I'm hugging at arms length and I'm not comfortable with sharing my personal space one. Ahhh yes, I hear you say. Good, so we're on the same page.
As things have intensified for me in this space of teaching and healing, and as the flow of energy has dramatically increased a hug has not just become a 'hug' anymore.
I have to admit that I had become hesitant in hugging people due to the often dramatic effect it has on them. I thought that I was hurting people as many react with tears or enter a healing crisis or rapid changes happen to them. I have to admit , it was kinda unsettling.
However, I continued to be gently shown that that is a gift that Source is giving to others. In that touch or embrace is the connection that brings the divine to you. And in that moment all that is needed for you is given. And in that flow of connection you will be given what is needed for you to heal, to reconnect, to understand that there is more, that you are greater than all that has been.
So I will continue to touch and embrace and stand in that space for you. That is my job. That is my promise.
I recently received this text from someone... "Thank you SO much for yesterday. It was beautiful and your hug felt like Source himself was enveloping me and confirming I was exactly where I needed to be." Those words could have been written for me, because that is what it feels like when I touch or hug someone. Thank you for those words Bev.
Now go and hug someone.. please..and thank you.

Okay now let's talk about setting crystal intentions🙌 We have had several people ask how they can "get their crystals to work" and they wonder if they're doing something wrong. Crystal healing is special because it requires a mix of the crystals energy with your own personal energy and intentions that you put into that crystal. Crystals become energetic tools we use to bring out what already lies within us✨When we made this crystal layout with (from center out) our Rhodochrosite slice, Rhodochrosite spheres, tumbled Sunstone, more Rhodo spheres, Garnet dodecahedrons, tumbled Larimar, Green Opal pebbles and Colombian Lemurian Quartz points had the intentions of love, surrender, growth, and renewal 😌 Not only was it therapeutic putting this together while the rain fell softly, but the entire time we were focusing on these aspects and that's exactly how you manifest whatever it is you're focusing on in your life! If we soley rely on physical, exterior things for happiness or growth, we won't be nearly as strong as if we use our own personal energy and intention to make a change. So pour your intentions into your crystals and consciously focus on what it is you want to achieve or improve, and your crystals will give back so much more and you will be capable of so much more! (Most of the crystals used here are available on our site😉)🙏💞✨
Our thoughts become our beliefs.
Our beliefs become our reality.
The daily small shifts
turn into the big ones
The ones that will bring to us the greatest change for our lives.
Where are we stuck?
What are our patterns?
What are our triggers?
There we will find what still needs healing
And there we can draw warmth and healing and attention to those places
And Shift them
So we can run towards our best lives

Sifting for them is first

🔮 Last night I received a beautiful gift from the universe. While thousands of people watched the concerts at III Points music festival, behind the crowd, I came across a poet. He was writing poetry right there on the spot with his little typewriter at a little table. I feel so lucky to have come across him before the concert was done and got a beautiful message/poem about Fortune. Ironic? Coincidence? I think not ;) 😏 .

My inner mean girl voice was loud & full of it this morning. •
I told Josh “I just want to be a stay at home mom, good spouse and be successful at checking off my own goals” •
We are all hard on ourselves, but every obstacle isn’t the end of the world. •
Yes being a SAHM is not the easiest thing in the world #NewsFlash , my days are fullll of chaos. But I get to be one.
And for the goals, I am a hell of a lot farther along then where I was when I began this journey. I get to help others with their own success and goals. •
Getting to the next goal of where I want to be for myself and my family is going to take a whole new me, stronger mindset, but it will be so damn worth it. •
So for the time being I’m telling that mean girl to sit down, buckle up and be quiet for the ride ✌🏼♥️

I decided that I am done with struggling. Achieving what I want is not supposed to be a struggle, it’s supposed to be a flow. I’m sharing this as a reminder for myself, because for some reason I lost touch with my co-creative self over the past few weeks. I very well know how the law of attraction works and how everything we think, do and feel reflects back at us in our reality. Thus, I was trying to change something on the outside in order to manifest what I truly want. It’s ironic and I am much wiser than that. I was struggling to be more successful with my creative work instead of being grateful for what I am already able to do on a daily basis! I was trying to actively change the outcome of my work by following strategies, researching marketing methods and looking for a holy grail on the outside. I felt miserable while doing so and creativity fell behind. I am worthy of manifesting what I want without having to struggle and I am powerful enough to make everything happen without any tools from the outside. I can manifest in a genuine, loving, heart-based way that I truly vibe with. Shortly after I let go of these limiting expectations I had an important conversation with an important person in my life today. As soon as I surrendered, the Universe was giving in, was able to take over again and guide me along its unconventional ways. Things are falling into place, just because I gave up on the idea of how they’re supposed to happen. No more struggle, just love. 💫 📷: @elaine_valerie

I just came across a scribbled piece of writing which I remember doing late one evening whilst in Rehab. I felt claustrophobic with no where to go to be on my own, so I went and hid behind a huge oak tree and cried until I found the strength to just be... with my thoughts my noisy head and try to release on the scrap piece of paper I had on me. I’ve said it before but I’ll keep saying it again and again - the hardest yet best thing I could have ever done is set foot on this long road to recovery. I intend on using all my many, many diary entries, poems and jotted down thoughts in the future to try and help others. If you have lots of debt or spend more each month then you make, changes are probably needed. . Cutting spending can feel like you have to deprive yourself of the things you want. One way to do it is to set up a "money for me" account. 💵 Every time you save money in a purchase, decide not to buy something, eat in instead of eat out, negotiate a lower APR, 💳 ask for a raise, etc, you put that money in an account for you. The number one resistance I’ve found in myself and others, (That I’ve learned to let go!) is the belief that we are not enough. I want a relationship- but I don’t feel worthy of one. I want my dream career but I don’t feel worthy of it. I want abundance but I don’t feel worthy of it. I want to feel freedom and joy and happiness and love, but I don’t feel worthy. The reason we don’t feel worthy is we have always looked OUTSIDE for validation. Hell- we can post something on our phones and literally get validation from millions of people online. But this will never give us what we looking for. We can have millions of people validating us in whatever way: liking our posts commenting how we are #goals #sobeautiful #gorgeous #inspiring and still feel 100% unworthy. We simply cannot create the life we want and deserve under these low vibrational conditions. This is where most good intentioned great humans mess up. We need to look IN for validation. It is first and foremost how WE feel about OURSELVES. To say that you are not worthy is to reject existence itself. You are worthy because you are here. You are here because you have a purpose. The trees have a purpose. Animals have a purpose. The tiny positively charged ions inside of you are here for a purpose. When we truly understand and believe this we can literally be and have whatever we want. I mean it. You can have a billion dollars. You can meet your soulmate. You can move to India and ride elephants or move to Idaho and have a potato farm!And the universe will align with your beliefs and bring you exactly what you want AS SOON AS YOU RELEASE YOUR RESISTANCE. I hope this helps you. I’ve been going through this crazy process that has been bringing me- an already driven and awesome person & matching me up with exactly what I want! As things have intensified for me in this space of teaching and healing, and as the flow of energy has dramatically increased a hug has not just become a 'hug' anymore. I have to admit that I had become hesitant in hugging people due to the often dramatic effect it has on them. I thought that I was hurting people as many react with tears or enter a healing crisis or rapid changes happen to them. I have to admit , it was kinda unsettling. However, I continued to be gently shown that that is a gift that Source is giving to others. In that touch or embrace is the connection that brings the divine to you. And in that moment all that is needed for you is given. And in that flow of connection you will be given what is needed for you to heal, to reconnect, to understand that there is more, that you are greater than all that has been. So I will continue to touch and embrace and stand in that space for you. That is my job. That is my promise. I recently received this text from someone... "Thank you SO much for yesterday. It was beautiful and your hug felt like Source himself was enveloping me and confirming I was exactly where I needed to be." Those words could have been written for me, because that is what it feels like when I touch or hug someone. Thank you for those words Bev. Now go and hug someone.. please..and thank you.
