The Witcher Vol.3: Curse of Crows. After so many times that I have been Caught Slippin' with this volume, I finally got it and it is such a relief. It felt extremely disheartening as a Witcher fan to only own two of the Dark Horse Comics Witcher volumes and not having the third. But now I finally have it and I can say it was damn well worth the bloody wait. Anything I say or could say, wouldn't or couldn't do justice to this volume or the other two. Aquaman Vol.1: The Trench, Aquaman Vol.2: The Others &

DC Rebirth Aquaman Vol.1: The Drowning.

Around the release of Black Panther, overzealous DC fans tried to sabotage the movies RT score and box office and whatever they tried to do. Emphasis on the word, "tried". I was absolutely disgusted by this action by so-called fans, I swore off DC Comics because I refused to be entangled in a fanbase that is so malicious.

But towards Christmas of last year, I felt like I made the wrong decision because I was missing out on great stories. But the one thing that lead me back to DC, was Aquaman. The very fact that his own movie came out in theatres basically helped my return to DC Comics. To commemorate and to thank the character, I bought the poster and a frame and hung it on my wall, which I also posted.

I will admit, when I picked these up, I was quite nervous because I never read an Aquaman story before, I was pro Wonder Woman and The Flash. But once I went through the pages of Vol.1, I was absolutely immersed into this brilliant story and when I went into Vol.2 I couldn't put it down, that's how much I was into the story.

Geoff Johns has so much to be praised for as he made a joke of a character into a captivating and insanely awesome character. I think him and the artists for creating a new era for Aquaman and thankfully, it hasn't worn off and Aquaman is still a kickass guy.

The DC Rebirth Aquaman was definitely something I was very hesitant because just by the cover, it kinda looks like it's gone back to the days of ridiculousness. But... I am happy to say I was wrong, it was worth every page of reading and being absolutely stunned by the beautiful artwork.

I thank Aquaman for bringing me back to DC Comics, and I don't plan on turning my back on it ever again.
