Well Raider Fans, the story keeps twisting like a sheet in the Autumn Wind. As the giant steel girders and concrete blocks are piling up towards the Heavens in Las Vegas, so is the B.S. surrounding the Oakland Raiders final "California" football season. While most NFL Season Schedules are out the week after the Superbowl, not so during the Raiders most recent Mass Exodus from Oakland. You would think that with one Mass Exodus already under their belt (1981) , they would be better at leaving the town that gave them birth. After all, practice makes perfect. Consequently, in a sudden Twist of Fate, the "Silver and Black Won't Be Back" may have painted themselves into a corner....After the Santa Clara 49ers ruled out the Raiders playing in San Francisco at Oracle Park (due to their territorial rights), San Diego was also ruled out because of the embarrassment it would have caused the NFL after the Chargers recent hiatus to LA. Most people thought Levi Stadium would be the obvious place- after all, it was built for two teams. But between the 49ers wanting nothing to do with it, and Mark Davis tired of being second fiddle, the most obvious solution never seemed to coalesce. In the end, it would appear that the Oakland Raiders may have to crawl back to Oakland on their hands and knees and beg them to let the Raiders play ONE last year at the Oakland Coliseum. Master of the Universe AKA Oakland Mayor, Libby Schaaf, now has the Raiders right where she wants them. Most insiders believe that Schaaf will open up Davis' jugular like Count Dracula after a long nap. In a CNBC article, self-made millionaire David Bach explained that: “The biggest mistake millennials are making is not buying their first home."

He goes on to say that, “If you want to build real financial security, real wealth for your lifetime, then you need to buy a home.”

Bach went on to explain: “Homeowners are worth 40 times more than renters. Now, that first home doesn’t need to be a dream home, it can be a very small home. You might literally have to buy a small studio apartment, but that’s how you get started.” Then he explains the secret to buying that home! “Don’t do a 30-year mortgage. You want to take that 30-year mortgage and instead pay it off early, do a 15-year mortgage. What happens if you do a 15-year mortgage? Well, one, you pay the mortgage off 15-years sooner, that means you’ll be able to retire in your fifties. Number two, you’ll save a fortune (on potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest payments).”
