One thing I’ve noticed the most with this weekly split isn’t weight gain, as I really don’t watch what I eat, but I have added size. Especially in my upper body, i.e middle to upper back and arms. Doing push pull days has always done well for me but I usually had my diet on point when doing so. Goes to show that tweaking things slightly can do wonders for your shape. Trying to piece the puzzle together one day at a time.
This week I started off with biceps, moved to triceps and finished with a little bit of shoulders. Gonna keep starting weeks like this since I feel my bis really lack the most in my physique. Hopefully starting with them each week helps to make some improvements!
