Waking up this morning bright and early and reflecting on this day 4 weeks ago 🍃 I was smashed, tired, overwhelmed, nervous, questioning my ability and learned a HUGE lesson from it. I learnt that nothing gets easier, fitness, study, family, balancing work, living a healthy lifestyle. But with a little practice everyday and perseverance these things get better, more rewarding and more purposeful as to why to do what I do. Here’s my work in progress ••••• Identifying my weaknesses and work on those. Every. Single. Day. ❗️Aiming to be 1% better every time I repeat something. 🆗Learn from failure, accept, try harder the next time round. 💛That preparation is key 🔑 🕟Time is valuable - bank it every day by making the most of it. 4.30am seemed like an extremely reasonable hour to get up to study and sit a test ✅ and then get on with my day today. 📚 Read everything again, write it out, re-read and drink the extra shot of espresso. 💧 Drink more water 😊 Smile more 🎁Be present, some moments we don’t get back again. 💨 Breathe deeply. 💦 Don’t sweat the small stuff Connect to the WHY, I know my why, it drives me every day to work harder, everyone is different, you may think it’s silly or insignificant at first, but that the sh*t that will get you out of bed every day.
