🗣️Day 3 of 100 minimum pullups daily . Ladies...don't look too hard and definitely don't imagine grabbing those back mus-kles. Lol...jk...🤔....😂 . 🤔Today, by reading blogs and learning from experts, I learned that going for 6-pack abs is more than just focusing on HIIT training to burn fat. 6-packs are built in the kitchen, which has nit been a problem with me too much (I do have a sweet tooth though🤦🏽‍♂️). . . In addition to the kitchen, I learned that it's more about growing your back and leg muscles to maximize your fat burning metabolism. . . 🤷🏽‍♂️So with that being said I decided to perform a minimum of 100 Pull-ups, push-ups, and dips daily, as well as 1 hourly three days a week of leg (which will give me some 🍑...😂) training. Lastly 100 leg lifts and weighted knee raises daily. We'll see how it goes. I'm not an expert but I do shit that makes sense to me when it comes to going 💯.
