Healthy Mi Goreng? Yeah it's a thing now.
I have decided to finally take the plunge and only wear black and white. I repeat, I am going full Lagerfeld up in this mah. This is to reflect upon the duality of our existence, to save the rivers in China from turning into rainbows and also because it will making getting dressed really easy. I may also be changing my name to Monochrome Mike but haven't made my final decision on that one. #monochrome #fashion
Smuggled a real Thai bucket back from Ko Tao, still has a bit of sand from Sairee Beach under the rim. When are we getting on the buckets @katew2825?
My friend made me this ☕ this morning. Was easily the worst coffee I've ever had. She told me she put two tablespoons of Nescafe and that the organic hippie milk substitute wouldn't dissolve. Just look at it, it's an abomination; a crime against hot beverages.
TEDWARD <3 GOGGLES
Captain's Log: Final Entry The Gods bestowed a fine vessel by the name of Arana to guide the barge back to her rightful home. Unfortunately the Gods allocated one final task for the weary captain: to manoeuvre the ♿ tugboat from the berth blocking the barge and then put it alongside. While I have enjoyed the solitude that comes with being a castaway, I am looking forward to indulging in the pleasures and comforts of civilisation. The End.
Captain's Log, Mid-morning, Day 3 on The Island: My island foraging has paid off with this sweet reward. It's not much but it will quell the aching pain of hunger that dwells about my midsection. Also there is talk amongst the Gods of a tugboat coming at midday. 🙌 I might finally escape this island and begin trying to make a new life for myself amongst the mainlanders. Myself and my magpie companions rejoice, for salvation may be nigh.
Captain's Log, Morning of Day 3 on The Island: Food seems like a distant memory. Someone ate my hot cross buns and strawberries yesterday, or perhaps they only ever existed in my fantasies. My only companions are two magpies that seem to watch over this place, picking up crumbs from the deck. I have tried to find a volleyball to paint a face on and make my friend but no luck as of yet. I see boats pass me by but they don't stop to render assistance, even when offered Corona. I long for fast food, 'large quarter pounder meal thanks.' Will I ever escape this place? I guess only time will tell.
Only 6 hours left of the 1k working weekend woohoo
