What’s worse, when someone tells you you look tired, or that they haven’t seen you in the gym in awhile lmaooo 🤔😝 - Not going to lie, I’ve been guilty of the one thing I told myself I would stop doing!!! And that is making excuses to not get to the gym 🤷🏻♀️ I tell myself I have too much to do and I’m too tired, but there is always time if you make it! For now I’m just doing quick 30 min workouts, sure it is way shorter than usual, but it’s better than nothing! - If anyone knows of a good program that are short but still tough let me know below!!
