In my years on this planet I've learned that your level of success and your value is NOT determined on the dollars you are paid, the letters behind your name or the money in your bank account. For me, it's about how I can help and teach others based on what I've experienced myself and what it took to get through it. For years I based my definition of success on what I always learned in school; the harder you work, the more money you'll make and the more successful you'll be. I found myself sad, burned out and constantly striving for something that did not feed my soul. It also blocked the things I really wanted in life, the things that aligned with MY definition of success; being able to positively impact the lives of others, finding inner peace and having freedom in my life. Focus on the value you give to others. Focus your knowledge, your expertise and what you've experienced towards helping others or solving a problem. Believe me you can learn and gain so much more. When we focus on giving value in what we do joy, success and greatness are inevitable.
