Couple laps on a 3/4inch ledge! Feeling pretty strong for my first #NNL in a few days! My last hard training day before the competition. Down like 10lbs in the last few weeks. Been pretty exhausting to cut that much but I had no choice, I was getting kinda chubby. 😅😅
In honor of 9/11 tomorrow. I wanted to dedicate a workout to honor all who died in the terrorist attack. So @ninjabuilt8 and I did 911 devil steps in just over a hour. Feel free to join us!

Which is okay. Not every day is going to go smoothly but I trained for a few hours today and I’m happy with the mediocre performance. 😂 This was a cool little challenge today. I’m going to spice it up next time I try it.

Anyone else get frustrated when you can’t complete a course in training??? But then you watch the video and you see a kid fail worse than you so you’re okay with it 😂😂
