Teach your kids kindness and teach them to respect all lives and you will help make this world a better place. I don’t have kids but I believe this is something any parent with even the slightest amount of common sense should be doing. Kids are not born with hate towards other races and with superiority complex above other species. They are taught hate and discrimination, they are taught to bully other kids and animals because they don’t look, act and think just like them. It’s great when people compliment their kids and are appreciative of their accomplishments and good behaviour but when it’s done by comparing this to what other kids couldn’t or didn’t do, you are feeding their egos the wrong way. Feeding into narcissism. Teach your kids kindness and empathy. Teach them to be grateful for what they have instead of teaching them, with your behaviour, to complain about what they don’t have. Take them in nature, show them where our life source comes from, teach them to respect and appreciate Mother Nature instead of them getting excited about camping for days for the next generation iPhone. Teach them to appreciate non human animals in their natural habitat, not locked up in zoos and cages. Watching animals go crazy in captivity is NOT educational. It’s a lie people tell to themselves and to their kids because money has power over humanity and over logic. I have been told I have a problem with those not agreeing with me. You are killing animals. And I will make sure I will tell you and make you feel guilty as you should be feeling, about it. So hell yes I have a problem with the ones that come at me with excuses for their murderous ways. I’ve passed the apologetic Vegan phase. You don’t agree with me that abusing, killing and eating animals is wrong? I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT. Disagree with me when my actions and my words are hurting another and i will own up to it. I’m not an expert, I’m not a professional Vegan speaker. I just do my best to not be a bystander to injustice and I SPEAK UP. I am just a human that made the connection and understands the TRUTH. I am the voice for the voiceless and I will give you my two cents. For them. And for this planet. ALWAYS. Is this arrogant of me? When dealing with nonsense and when I see that someone just doesn’t give AF, I don’t back off until I know for sure the bulb will just not go off. But before I stop, I’ll keep telling things like : why do you eat animals when you know you don’t need to? Why do you drink breast milk from a cow? Why do you eat babies, intestines, pig anuses, puss , blood, parasites? Why do you ingest things that literally make you sick and fat and miserable? Why do you continue participating in cruelty and abuse? And so much more. Veganism is NOT perfect. But when you have the option to be kinder and cause the least harm possible while thriving, why not do it ?? I don’t understand how people can see what is involved in eating animals and they still defend it. I will never be able to understand and this is why I will never stop what I’m doing. While fruit isn’t as nutritionally dense as vegetables on the whole, fruits still pack folate, vitamin C, potassium, fibre and antioxidants. Fruit has a low energy density, which means you have a lot of food for just a few calories. So you get filled up quickly. Low energy dense foods provide a significant amount of weight, without being high in calories. This means that foods that are high in fat (9 calories per gram) have a high energy density. Make sense? Well, just to make it clear, the Harvard Health Letter claimed that the issues with sugar come when the sugar is added to foods. Fruit is beneficial in almost any amount. Recently Jenkins and colleagues put participants on a diet consuming 20 servings of fruit a day, and no adverse effects were seen on any of the participants body weight.
