Love her. Number 14. Happy anniversary @alison_wright_
The last week has been hard work. Spent some days in hospital as a result of an infection that subsequently turned in to Transverse Myelitis (inflammation of the spinal chord). Needless to say it was a shit 5 or 6 days but the lovely staff of Coventry Walsgrave hospital did a phenomenal job. Rest and recovery now - @alison_wright_ is looking after me :D
You had one job...
When we left the house to go for a walk, it was dry. Then the heavens opened and we got absolutely soaked. After drying Dexter and getting my dinner, he came to watch me to make sure I didn't drop any. It's good to know he's looking out for me 😂 (and any scrap or crumb that might possibly fall to the floor) #Dexter #adoptdontshop #rescuedog #dogsofinstagram #dogstagram #Poodlemix #Poodlecross #picoftheday

Here's another #TBT from 2011. This is the Chief of security for my first band, CFP. He promoted himself from Canadian Pumpkin man, through to Chief of Security and ended up being the standard bearer for all local band merchanise purchases across the country with Spirytus, not to mention being main camera operator for numerous random gigs of doom! #Datsright @dan_datsright #EbonyandIvory #BreakfastClub #BreakfastClubLeicesterChapter #CFP #Spirytus
Here's a little #throwback story for you... This picture was taken at the first gig Spirytus played after we parted ways with our former guitarist, Andy Kulesza. We had just finished up a short run with our boys in @illninoofficial featuring festival appearances at Kick Out The Jams in London and Hammerfest 2011. Andy's last show was the final show supporting Ill Niño at The Queens Hall, Nuneaton on Sat 19th March 2011. We were worried about what we were going to do knowing we had some more shows coming up and weren't sure we would find someone who could play the tunes at the level we required. Then up stepped Andrew Phillip Tewkesbury. Tewkes helped us fill the gap for a while, whilst we found a permanent replacement. The biggest thing that it did for us was reassure us that we'd done the right thing parting ways with Andy but crucially made us believe in ourselves even more. This picture was one of the first shots taken with one of many Spirytus line ups. #Spirytus #Band #TheShed #TBT #ThrowbackThursday
