I have a million things on my to-do list but playing hide-n-go-seek with these 2 come first. Balancing what’s important to me..... enjoying my girls when they still want to enjoy me or doing adult things??? Yea i choose some fun right now

Day 1 of Transform 20!! Cardio workouts are tough for me, the heart rate rising and all the heavy breathing kicks my ass!! Definitely a bit nervous for this program. But cardio is good for you all round and it definitely makes me step out of my comfort zone. And yea i run & dance but I don’t know those are just different to me. So here’s to 6 weeks of being uncomfortable and pushing past those fears!!
Tomorrow i start a new 6 week fitness program... Transform 20 from Shaun T. It’s time to get back to my early morning routine and being more on point with my nutrition. December has been fun, but time to get serious! So enjoying some yogurtini tonight because for the next 5 days i’m going in hard. Saturday maybe i’ll splurge on nachos.🤔hmmm

Slow moving morning but after i tackled a couple of to-dos and downed some Energize, i’m feeling like supergirl. A barre workout and now some running!! Then some fresh lobster bisque and laundry!! Starbucks and some journaling! Then off to my parents to setup their Alexa and celebrate my grandpa’s birthday!! And of course watch some football and try out the Baconator beer from @shipbottombrewery . HAPPY SATURDAY FRIENDS!!
To me being healthy isn’t just about exercise & nutrition. It’s also about spirituality, self love, and a positive mindset. For the last year(ish) i’ve started my mornings with journaling, reflecting, gratitude, and meditation....... and i really feel like it has made a difference in how i am as a person. As a mom, wife, daughter, friend and so on. I’m calmer, less stressed (sometimes), not so quick to fight with kids or juan, more appreciative and just more aware of everything. So this is my new journal for 2019 and I couldn’t be more excited for this journey. Already started filling out but gonna grab some Starbucks and get it all up to date today. Thought i’d share but also curious if you guys have a fav journaling book. Please share😀

We’re 10 days into the new year... how those healthy resolutions going?? . I know it’s not easy sticking to something new, something challenging and scary but i’ve got some tips that have helped me get into good shape, kick some bad habits, and learn to love my self Here ya go: 💥Sweat once a day 5-6 times a week even if just for 30 minutes. 💥Eat more veges. 💥Cut some sugar out of your diet. 💥Learn how to eat in moderation. 💥Make small changes and see how you do before tackling huge ones. 💥Reduce stress and laugh more. 💥Find workout buddies. 💥Get enough sleep. Now go crush those goals!!
Reflecting on my 2018 vision board & dude i hit alot of these!! So proud of myself for the hardwork, consistency, determination and self growth. And well some of these i think I forgot were there so they’ll be carrying over to 2019. And that’s ok with me. I accomplished alot in 2018 so that’s not to be overlooked!! I read this in my journal today and thought i’d share, it spoke to me..... “Everything is always created twice:first in your imagination and then in reality. When creating your overall life vision, you need to think big so you don’t limit yourself, but remember that all achievement starts with a decision to take action.”
I remember after running my 1st marathon i said to my friend “hell NO to anymore. Ask me again later maybe i’ll change my mind.” Flash forward 7ish years later numerous races completed and running a couple times a week. And now taking on 2019 miles in 2019. WOAH!! I don’t typically share or compare my stats because it’s irrelevant! A mile is a mile, a 1/2 marathon is a 1/2 marathon regardless of how fast or slow you are!! It’s you vs you!! You are your own competition!! With the start of the new year I encourage you to start & commit to some kind of workout. You’ll become addicted to those endorphins and love the process. It’s easy to do 1 workout but being consistent is hard. Grab yourself some accountability buddies. Ain’t nothing like having them push you when you don’t want to push yourself. When you don’t wanna wake early for that spin class or making you do that zoom call so you can both video chat while working out from the comfort of your own homes. And i’m always here to be your cheerleader!! Come on friends let’s crush 2019 and make it a fabulous year!!

“You must find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible!” . . Home from vacation and time to get back on track with workouts and some clean eating. So easy to stay on the track of eating all the desserts but ugh I don’t like how i feel later. Bloated, tired, clothes not fitting right. So it’s time to get serious!!
I’ve been eyeing the Run The Year challenge for a couple years now. It’s running 2019 miles for the year 2019!! I finally believed in myself enough to be able to complete it. Or at least belief in myself that i will push hard daily for this goal so even if I don’t finish i gave it 1 hell of a try. So they’ll be no reason to get down on myself. You’ll never fail if you step out of your comfort zone and try hard. But Not really sure why i had doubts, i mean i used to run alot more than i do now. But i guess i had to work on my confidence and self love to really truly believe i could do it. Anyways my package with all my goodies came while away. Can’t wait to hang the poster and cross off some miles
This is about as happy as my face is gonna get right now. Not because it’s super early (well flight was delayed 3hrs so it would’ve been earlier) but because it’s the end of vacation and time to go home. It’s the saying goodbye to family, to friends, leaving the sunshine behind, no sleeping late everyday and checking out new restaurants & breweries, all the fun & laughs with no worries, adventure fun & exploring everyday, making the day up as we go. I love my everyday routine life, but i also have a heart of an adventurer wanderlust life. Throw in family & friends there and ♥️😀 But you always have to go back home at some point. I just want to live everywhere i visit.
