Tuesday Tip! Listen up ladies! Shoulder pain and shoulder injuries are extremely common in women! Why? Because it is the most mobile joint in the body and often has less strength and stability (particularly with us gals!) So, today’s tip is to strengthen those shoulders. Dumbbell shoulder press is one of my favorite exercises for two reasons: 1) it requires your core to work to stabilize you (wahoo spinal stability and abs!) 2) it is one of the best exercises to build strength not just in t he shoulders (deltoids) but in several muscles of the upper body including the trapezius and triceps! Score! Start with light weight and nail down the form. Remember to breathe!
