“If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream.” ⚠️ Long post ahead ⚠️ So I’ve been on the hunt as to what makes me feel like utter crap after eating - which has basically been keeping a food journal and really honing in on what my body experiences 30-45 min post meals. Gluten and dairy are at the top of the list, but now I can add in refined/processed sugars, even my GF desserts. I become incredibly sluggish and zapped of all energy. Now, I’m not saying good riddance to my beloved desserts...because I am a chocoholic, but moderation is key. All in all, just listen to your body, keep track of what is making you not feel 100%. Your body will thank you later.
