People often ask me what motivates me to exercise and it often changes. Sunday I ran and did hill intervals. I ran because I wanted to know where the sky and earth met. I did hill intervals because pushing yourself to do just one more makes you mentally tough. I then was rewarded by finding a treasure trove of trilliums.
