Do you want the secret to building trust fast? . The secret is to make a promise and then keep a promise and then do it again and again and again. . In this digital age, a lot of times people just say things that they don't really mean. . Or they say things and they don't think about them first. I see people all the time say “if there's anything I can do to help you please let me know” and then you go and you ask them for some help and...crickets. You don't hear anything. . Or people say “hey yeah I'd love to talk to you about something” and then you send them an email to follow up and...crickets. That doesn't build trust. To build trust fast, make a promise, keep a promise. . Do it again and again, over and over again. That's how you build trust fast. . So I'm curious what you think - how do you build trust fast?
