Damn, I guess I’m driving to the park today after all. My sidekick would kill me if this sold out.
@disneyland WTF?!?! The Gunny has poured his heart into this country and into this park in the name of “The Boss” for more than 25 years! DO NOT SILENCE HIM!! I’m all for drawing more people to the pole for the retreat but if you have to use a recorded message then use his voice and leave it there. Maybe even mic him up like they do for the Dapper Dans. But don’t do this to this dear man. A Marine, a Patriot and a loyal servant to the company. A Disney legend. I won’t let him be silenced...#gunny #disneyland #flagretreat @disney @disney Disney family please share the F out of this. Bring back Ernie.
The attraction closes in late April and will be down for a month to make the changes pictured above and for regular maintenance. I’m always open to change at Disneyland because that was part of Walt’s original vision. But I think caving to political correctness and changing a classic attraction is disgraceful and pathetic on the part of Disney Executives. Walt’s vision was to add to the park and to grow. This is not right.
Just a few months until we say goodbye to these favorites at Downtown Disney in order to make room for the new luxury hotel.
Had to stop by and say hello...
Hope she doesn’t float away...
Snack time. I don’t usually post Disney food because it’s not usually pretty. But the Avocado Toast at the Grand Californian looks too good to eat.
Thursday ditch day...
What are these...?
Love this picture from my favorite attraction. 📷George Landis
