Anyone get nervous at the thought of sitting somewhere quiet and listening to there own breathing? I can’t think of anything worse! •••••• Meditation to me is walking. Sometimes I listen to the podcasts that save my mind, sometimes I listen to life, this is the time where I sort my thoughts out. •••••• I’m sure there’s more people like me then people who aren’t so don’t feel bad for not being a sheep and doing what the gram tells you you should. 🖤

The last couple of weeks I’ve heard a lot of people talk about their lack of motivation to train 🤔 I haven’t met anyone, (except for @theanimalkid1 ) who is always excited to train‼️ Get comfortable with not always feeling motivated The vision needs to be clear, like everything else in life, then motivation won’t matter, you won’t think or feel, you’ll just do.
