I would be lying if I said I wasn't struggling with this running malarkey! I don't know if it's because I've told myself that "I don't like running"/ "my body isn't designed for running" so many times that I've started to believe it, but the last 3 runs have been a struggle ,😒😒 I'm committed to FINALLY completing #c25k , so I'll stick with it.
