My Performance and Delivery Board took place to today with the Chief Constable, where he reported to me on how my Police and Crime Plan is being delivered. We discussed 101 improvement, gangs, crime stats, finance, recruitment and Brexit preparations.

Today was the second meeting of my Violence Reduction Challenge steering group. I’ve brought together Police, NHS, Fire, Councils and other agencies and charities to look at this issue. Today we discussed data, county lines, victims & the Margate Task Force.
