Join us on Monday as we welcome Cath. From 6pm to 7.30pm. Cath Willcock has been putting wine on your table for years, even if you didn't know it. She's an importer and distributor for an ever growing number of producers you imbibe at various restaurants and retailers right around the country, but the real job she says is managing those winemakers – like herding cats! Cath has worked in just about every part of the wine industry, from PR to pruning, to vintages, owning and operating Wine for Dudes to finally working for wine writer Jeremy Oliver before setting up IMBIBO in 2009. She also doesn't mind a cheeky ale every now and then because it can’t be all about wine all the time now can it?” @imbibo101

#MondayMixtape Hard to define but easy to like - that's Dom Valentine (@valentine_wines) (and his wines to a certain extent!) After spending the best part of a decade honing his skills at @oakridgewines , Dom started his first label (Valere) in 2012, added a second (Valentine) a few years later, in 2016 he released a collaboration with chefs Matt Stone and Jo Barrett (@amble_wines ) and another with his friend Clare Burder (Nimbostratus). Dom is very a thoughtful, talented & creative winemaker, come have a taste and a chat - oh, did we mention he’s bringing his vinyl collection to play?!
