What does being “fit” mean to you? To me it means not only being physically fit but mentally fit as well. When you work out, you should have the mind set that you are growing as a person physically and mentally. Don’t exercise for the reason only to lose weight or gain muscle in specific areas, exercise because you want to become better as a whole and happier in life. Never become discouraged because of how long it is taking you to reach a goal, as long as you are progressing each day to reach that goal, you are ahead of where you were the day before. Always strive to be the best you can be 😊

When I first started working out, I was expecting to see results fast. Unfortunately, it takes time to see a difference and that time can leave us unmotivated to keep going. It is a slow process but it's worth it in the end ❤ Keep going and push hard, you can do it 😊
Results happen overtime, not overnight. Work hard, stay consistent and be patient. 💪
If you want to get that booty popping, make sure you squeeze your butt as hard as you can at the top after each rep of any kind of squat! 🍑
One thing I love about working my abs out is that I can literally work them anywhere! 😉👌
