I feel like I had been coasting a bit and just going through the motions lately, so I've been changing things up this week. This morning, I woke up with the determination to see how far I could push myself on deadlifts and I am super happy with the results. Left, last PR in January, right, today!! #victory
I've never done a 'chest' day before today but I can totally see the work in action. I was going to say, 'still a work in progress', but I've decided my caption is 'always a work in progress', no matter how much I achieve. P.S. Sorry for the sleepy angry face 😂

I'm currently doing the most inefficient strength training... no variation, straight sets, 3 times a week, 5x8s. If you, or someone you know can help me come up with a 3 day or 5 day split with weight amounts based on what I can currently do, I would appreciate it greatly. 🙏
