HOW TO STAY HEALTHY ON CHRISTMAS DAY🎄⛄️🎅🏻 👇👇👇 - 1- Listen to your body. 2- Drink whatever the f you want. 3- Eat whatever the f you want. 4- DO NOT think about macros. 5- Don’t think about sugar consumption. 6- Don’t think about calories . 7- Think about relaxing and enjoying yourself. 8- Don’t think about fat or weight gain. 9- Think about the memories and the times you can’t afford to waste. 10- Have lotsa and lotsa funnnn 🕺🏽🕺🏽 - Yes this was a bit of a joke. But in all seriousness, this is important for staying mentally healthy. I love fitness, it’s a big part of my life. But I also know that I won’t be thinking about it AT ALL on Christmas Day 👋. If I was worrying about how many calories I was eating, weighing my food or how much weight I might put on, I sure as hell wouldn’t be able to relax or enjoy myself with my family. And memories are waaaay more important than worrying about calories. 😊To me, part of being healthy is having a healthy relationship with food, and some times this means switching off and just relaxing. - THINGS TO REMEMBER: 🎄You can’t put on that much fat in a day- you might gain a bit of water weight but this will go away. 🎄If you do put on a pound or 2 over the festive period, you can easily lose it again. 🎄It’s a scientific fact that all the turkey and stuffing goes to ur glutes anywayzzzz.🍑 🎄You are amazing, you work hard and you can allow yourself time off to enjoy yourself and relax.
