You all saw my physical transformation from the hour long workouts I was doing for 80 Days. You probably thought to yourself…well yeah, of course she can spend an hour working on herself when she is a stay at home mom…must be nice! Let’s be honest, if I was still going into an office and busting my ass all day, I would feel that way too. But here’s what you don’t know…I was still working outside the home when I started my journey back in January. Most days, I was gone from my house for 11+ hours. I would wake up at 4 am to get my workout in before my son woke up because that was the only time I truly had to myself every day. Some people make their bed each morning so they start their day with a win under their belt…I started my day with a workout for the same reason, because you never know what the day is going to bring! .
