We spent the day at @joshuatreenps yesterday. We were completely underdressed (🇨🇦problems) It was at least 20 degrees when we left Palm Springs and was only 9 degrees when we got to JT 😬 oops! . The park is HUGE and really accessible so we made a day of it! We ran through a small hiking loop to see some rocks (while people wearing coats, hats, gloves and toques stared at us in shorts and t-shirts) I mean toques in 9 degrees? Canadians don't roll like that 😆 We were able to drive through the entire park stopping to take photos and see all the things! 🌵🌵🌵

Had such an awesome dinner date last night! Our first time having guests over for dinner in the trailer 😍They brought the BBQ and we supplied the propane, that's RV life 😆 ☀️🌵⛰

Lets keep February simple!!! And start with simple ingredients! . 🕵🏼♀️Look for hidden sugars, such as high fructose corn syrup (often GMO) Refined flours such as enriched wheat and other processed grains. Hydrogenated fats and vegetable oils like soy and canola (often GMO) Artificial colours & flavours Other chemicals, nitrites and nitrates, all used to preserve processed foods. Be right back... ☀️Soaking up on vitamin D this week, it's been 28 and clear skies here in CA! 👌🏻 ❄️If you're in the cold snowy weather you can bring a little warmth and boost to your day (and immune system!) -supplement with vitamin d (I prefer liquid, pick some up at @insideuhq) -Citrus! 🍊🍋 load up on citrus, fresh lemon juice with warm water and honey (especially if you're not feeling well) and oranges as a healthy snack! -Cayenne, add to lemon water to spice 🔥things up! The capsaicin can help decongest you! 👃🏼💦 -Add some fresh garlic to your day! Mashed on toast, finely minced and taken quickly, however you can get some in! The antifungal and antibacterial properties are👌🏻 -Apple cider vinegar (I put that **** on everything!) pour it on fresh greens, add to water, take a shot! -Water! Stay hydrated 💧just a friendly reminder to drink up ☀️☀️☀️
