After all, you don't call a restaurant one of your favourites in Sydney without putting your money where your mouth is. . On this visit, I was given the option to partake in an 'advance screening' of a new 'premium chef's menu', which charges $180 a head instead of the usual $150 for the restaurant's 'LuMi Experience'. The menu won't be out until December, won't be finalised till then, but as long as this perfect course remains, it'll be alright. . This course was preceded by the tuna, ikura & sweetcorn tuile which was featured a handful of posts ago. In case you thought I didn't get it.
