Nigirizushi. Back in 2015, I delivered criticism of Raita-san's edomae sushi in that they were a mediocre finish compared to what was otherwise a fine omakase kappo-style Japanese. Three years on, the sushi is much, much better than I remember it to be: it's a good sign when you're doing the pigeon head-bob after every piece. . That said, my 3 year-old comment still applies: non-sushi courses continue to be the highlight at Raita Noda, and should continue to be the reason why you make a booking here. I mean, if you're expecting a full-blown sushi feast, you're going to be asking for your money back after receiving only five pieces.
