Somewhere between Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It doesnt matter to me as long as we are there together!! @kelsi_marie9
I finally got around to finishing up this sculpture that a great artist gave me my freshman year of college. The face is mine. It was a way of her thanking me for being her only volunteer to have their face casted in plaster. She made the entirety of the sculpture but it never made it passed bisque. So tonight I stained it with a deep black and threw it in the glaze kiln. Please take a minute and soak in what is has to say. #ceramicsculpture
Rainy day on the market this morning!
Missing my other half a little extra after such a great weekend! @kelsi_marie9
A lot of experimentation with simillar concepts and ideas. Just trying to find the right way! This is a distorted vase from throwing today. I recently switched to a lower firing (cone 6) porcelain and I have to say I really like it!! #ceramics #pottery #porcelain #gofluxyourself #itsaceramicsthing
Its always a great day with you!! Plus we have awesome hats!! @kelsi_marie9
I guess the foods okay in Maine...
Handbuilt teapot from this weekend at Watershed!
Stopped at Point Marshall today where Tom Hanks ran to in Forest Gump.... I just couldn't help myself I had to do it too!!
Finally had enough time to let it soak in that im done and I have to be honest I couldnt be happier to be done with my undergrad!! Monday I drove home from ship windows down, music blasting and there was nothing else like it! Life without limits!! Its the first time I have truly felt so happy, relieved, carefree, and that anything is possible!! But I couldnt have made it here without my beautiful girlfriend, beautiful family and beautiful friends!
Finished my last undergrad ceramic critique tonight. Last class as an undergrad completely and it was absolutely perfect that I found this quote from A.A. Milne on a ceramics forum. For those of you who dont know my parents @weiglewendi and @keefer1963 have called me Pooh since Day 1. No matter how old I get I wouldnt change that for one second. Perspective is a beautiful thing.
Piece for my art history course with a small self-portrait on one main side... cant get ceramics off of the brain!
