GOODNESS. I LOVE THIS. 💕
GOODNESS. I LOVE THIS. 💕
Times are tough, difficult and painful but what matters most is the One who knitted you in your mother's womb still loves you in the midst of it all. I can't help but want to cry most of the time. I feel like a failure. I can't stop remembering things in my past and that completely steals away what the Lord wants to do for our future. All we have to do is let go of things that will easily bind us up and strangle our faith in Him. Run after God harder than you ever have before. You will then see blessings flow and peace overwhelm your soul. For His joy is our strength. Hold on to the hope that is set before us!! Hold on to Jesus. The one who took on it all to prove he is love and absolutely no thing can get between His love for us so that we can be love to the world.
The picture above shows the hard work of refinement. The process of it all isn't the easiest or the cleanest but once the change has happened you will notice the beauty that has been underneath all along. Much like the work the Lord continues to do in our lives. Refinement is a process. It takes time. That is okay. Don't be so hard on yourself if you don't see change immediately. Just know, what you may see before or during is not the end result. It may be dirty or really difficult but remember it will be worth it in the end. His loving hands has already polished you with his grace and mercy. It's not about what we do for Him it's about what He has already done for us.
Dear Friends, it may not be easy to go through pain, discomfort, and change but open your heart to the one who took the time to replace that with peace, joy, and LIFE! Like a sponge absorbing water, take in truth and learn while growing so that you can pour that same life into others..This is the season of NEW THINGS! Be joyful because you know who holds your future!!! Romans 12:12, " New Living Translation: "Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying."
"Making it happen" may seem like what you are supposed to do but that will only take away our energy and waste our time. God is asking us to rest so that we will be prepared for what He is doing and where He is taking us. REST in His LOVE and Trust that He has everything in His hands.
I really can't express this enough how hard it's been to not go back..Going to things the Lord has delivered me from. Almost, like Isrealites delivered from Egypt they wanted to go back because that's what they "knew" or what was comfortable for them. But it was not the Lord's plan for their lives. He wanted them to enjoy the promise land! He took them out of captivity to live in liberty! Sadly, they looked at their surroundings and even when they saw the Lord's hand, I mean signs and wonders! They still missed their old ways of living. In their disobedience they caused their own delay. We don't want to be known to cause our own delay due to disobedience just because we are uncomfortable for a season. We may be in the wilderness but we have a place prepared..the promise of real blessings! So be encouraged, things may not be how you would like them to be but remember it will all be worth it. Trust in Him!! Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take."
Letting go of everything I've had or ever wanted is the BEST decision I have ever made..It is not easy but God doesn't promise "easy" he promised a hope for our future. Now, letting go can release an opening for some deep cleansing and healing. This is the road to recovery my friends. Let God do his work in you by trusting Him COMPLETELY. #newlevelsoftrust #nextchapterbecauseofgrace
>>> Let go and let Love and grace overflow in your life..<< In order to love right..you've got to know that you are LOVED. That self hatred will weigh you down. Matthew 22:36-40 In this world we are hungry for acceptance. Broken and hurt. But Jesus changed the system. John 15:9-13 "..As the Father has loved me..." Jesus knew he was loved - If Jesus operated in the same love he received from the father how great was that love?! 😍 Don't you think the love he received, He operated in it..? In the same way, we MUST receive love from the Father in order to operate in love the same way he created for us. But even now we try to prove to God, "Hey.. when I do better I'll receive your love..but right now I don't deserve it.." We punish ourselves out of a blessing. When we learn to receive love. His love. We remain in HIS PERFECT LOVE. Beloved child, you must be willing to forgive yourself. 2 Peter 1:5-8,9 If God has forgiven you..you need to forgive yourself too. You will never forget to move on, if you don't forgive yourself. There is still something on the inside of us saying, "Lord, give me another shot.." no...Jesus already did it all for you... you need to be thanking him for his grace and mercy instead of begging for something that has already been given to you freely. We at times, want to be our own savior to say that..."I overcame this. I did it!" To feel more confident in our own works.. but Jesus has done the greatest thing. He laid down his life for us all. He did the ultimate work.. HE DID IT. not you.. we didn't do anything but deserve hell. BUT JESUS. He saved us from Hell. Because the Father loved us that much to have a relationship with us. Titus 2:11-14 Romans 2:4 "GOD'S KINDNESS LEADS YOU TO REPENTANCE." STAY IN STEP WITH THE SPIRIT AND YOU WILL BECOME AWARE OF that you truly are Loved and forgiven. Galatians 5:16 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 ---we read this verse and think it's about how we should be treating others but in all actuality we can't be something to someone else if we can't even do it for ourselves. We need to be patient and kind with ourselves before we can understand on how we can better treat others around us.
Jesus at the center of it all Jesus at the center of it all From beginning to the end It will always be, it's always been You Jesus, Jesus [x2] Nothing else matters, Nothing in this world will do 'Cause Jesus You're the center, Everything revolves around You Jesus You, At the center of it all, At the center of it all Jesus be the center of my life Jesus be the center of my life From beginning to the end It will always be, it's always been You Jesus, Jesus Nothing else matters, Nothing in this world will do 'Cause Jesus You're the center, Everything revolves around You Jesus You [x2] From my heart to the Heavens, Jesus be the center It's all about You, Yes it's all about You [x5] Jesus be the center of Your church Jesus be the center of Your church And every knee will bow And every tongue shall confess You Jesus, Jesus Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus From my heart to the Heavens, Jesus be the center It's all about You, Yes it's all about You [x3] It's all about You, all about You, Jesus Yes. Jesus be the center of it all.. I've had this song stuck in my head for a couple of days now but it was reminding me to keep Jesus at the center of it ALL...Rest. Know that He has everything in His hands.
Wow.. my heart goes out to all of these hurting people.. Losing their homes, animals, friends, and family.. These storms...hurricanes, fires, the flooding.. everything. I haven't seen anything like it. All of these terrible things are happening at the same time.. one after the other. Please be in prayer for all. Now is the time to show love.. more than ever. Be the change you want to see. It all starts with LOVE! Being genuine and pure. Goodness overflowing out of our hearts. Let us do things the right way..not just to gain something. #lovewithoutlaws
God, you are so amazing. Thank you for all that you do. I trust you completely.
Transparency is Ministry: Look at God! I went from living in sin to free in HIM! This past year hasn't been the easiest...I was so alone, frustrated, confused, and hurt. After CFNI, I went home to take off a semester to work and it ended up being a year and a half.. I sought affection in the wrong places.. I lost everything. I was with someone who was driving my car and we got into a really bad accident.. The hospital was in disbelief on how we made it out alive. The vehicle was completely crushed. The Lord made a way where there seemed to be no way. He was faithful to lead that person into relationship with Him when I chose to leave. There were so many times of doubt but the Lord had given me the best friends to help me stay focused. I am now in such a better place, with a job, church, and friends. All I can say is... Our Father is truly faithful and merciful!
PERSEVERANCE TOWARDS PROMOTION: I keep hearing this..I believe it's a word for someone.. Friends, keep going God has you! You are on the right track. You are going to reach that next level! Don't give up! ■ Hebrews 6:10 "God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them." ■ Galatians 6:9 "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."
I searched the word, 'Perfect Love'..Of course I saw images of couples, and verses but this picture caught my attention. FEAR IS A LIAR. This is true! Many of us are so afraid of being alone. Searching for someone to hold or to be held by. Afraid of not getting that promotion. Afraid of being picked last. Afraid of not being on time. Afraid of not making the right decisions..the list goes on. FEAR IS WHAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK. FEAR LIES. remember what I said at the first of the paragraph? Perfect Love.. such a beautiful concept. Friends. What we are ALL longing for is Jesus. He is PERFECT LOVE AND.. PERFECT LOVE TELLS NO LIES. HE IS THE VERY ESSENCE OF TRUTH. 1 John 4:1-19 "...Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. God showed me how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through Him. This is REAL LOVE.-not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent His Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us. And God has given us His Spirit as proof that we live in Him and He in us. Furthermore, we have seen with our own eyes and now testify that the Father sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living is living in them, and they live in God. We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love...Such love has NO FEAR, because PERFECT LOVE expels ALL fear..." ~ Perfect love drives out all fear.. that's the point. When we have him in first place there isn't room for fear. So let us live FEARLESSLY in PERFECT LOVE!!! ~
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Thank you for loving us so much... I want to really appreciate you for who you ARE..YOU ARE LOVE!!! FATHER, YOU ARE SO GOOD TO US. I am so overwhelmed at the thought of how you truly love. You knock on the doors of our hearts and we open up to you. We ask, you give. The empty voids, you fill. The strength we lack, you give. The hope we long for, you are. The love we desire, that's you. You are everything we need and more. Having a relationship with you is the best decision I've ever made. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for sacrificing so much in order for us to have your everything. Everything you are. You've taught us how to sacrifice for love and therefore I sacrifice everything I have, had, and will have in the future. You are all that I need. Thank you for the revelation of relationship and that's what makes reality certain.
Life may not look like we hoped for or planned. Remember, God has better for you!! Trust in Him and enjoy the journey. 💕
Not knowing what your future holds is a mystery. Trust in Him alone. Trust. It is a small word with a big meaning. I looked up the definition, this is what it read: 'Firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.' Trust is also a confidence and assurance in someone (God) that something WILL happen. Psalms 31:14-15, "But I am trusting you, O Lord. I said, “You alone are my God; my times are in your hands.." Also, God promises He will and we as children need to trust our heavenly Father with believing His word is true. Mark 11:24, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." We just have to stay in tune with the Spirit even when we feel alone. He loves each one of us. He will expose what He is doing in due time. So I encourage you to keep going after Jesus. Galatians 6:9 "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
Take His hand! Hold on to love. He will help you through whatever situation you're in. He wants to walk it out with you. We can not do anything in our own strength. There is a time to depend on the one true friend we could ever have and that time is now. I was listening to a sermon yesterday and it spoke volumes into my life... More like Jesus: Jesus had a breaking point in his life too. Many we can recall. One that stands out most is his loved one was ripped away from him and beheaded. John the Baptist. Jesus was broken. Matthew 14:13 "When Jesus heard what happened. He withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place.." Jesus is showing us we can allow ourselves to be broken. Brokenness brings healing. But he didn't stop there. Mathew 14:14 "When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick." Jesus didn't stay broken. Living in brokenness brings bitterness and that stops compassion from flowing out of our hearts. He composed Himself and had compassion on those people who truly needed his touch. Much like Jesus we too can get out of the boat to minister love out of our pain. We can not stay in one position we have to continue moving forward. Once something has broken us, we don't have to stay broken. Once we have composed ourselves we don't have to stay tough. We have to live out treating all with compassion. Knowing that we too have been in that position of brokenness and out of our healing we can bring hope. Jesus is the hope. Proverbs 13:12 "Hope deferred makes the heart sick." We can not afford to lose out on the opportunity to share the love of God because we focus on our own needs, other people need His love and healing too. Are you willing to get out of the boat?
