#Repost @themyohacker (@get_repost) ・・・ I have found it especially easy to help people rid themselves of anxiety. Through the use of decompression techniques, you see mentalities on life change. Not just a temporary change of outlook either. Sometimes people listen to something profound, it then triggers feel good hormones, leaving the person to think they feel better. Truth is, those profound ideas don't last in people. What I am talking about is giving people the tools to help them mend themselves, without needing to listen to lectures online or read anymore books to cope. Before I can really make changes to a person's body, at some level the person has to admit that they are indoctrinated with major dysfunctions. Their indoctrinations typically are mostly nonsensical. Their intuition is mostly mental illness. Their biases revolve around a particular kind of success that has been fabricated by a slew of tyrannical empires that influence our thinking right now. When these indoctrinations are properly pinpointed, it opens the doorway for the body to accept my decompression techniques. If these values aren't assessed, neurotic physical reactions manifest in those chamber sequences. As of today, there are a lot of controversial debates taking place online. Most of them are completely irrelevant in the world where real problem solving takes place (the world I try to live in). As much as we think gender equality, wealth gaps, positive outlooks, race IQs and religious debates are relevant points of conversation, they aren't. They are still superficial topics that don't cut in deep enough. Why? Because all these topics never put forth solutions to problems. All these people talk about are problems. Never practical solutions. Most of these people talking about this nonsense cope with some kind of drug. If you want to overcome anxiety, at some level you have to ask yourself whether the dialogue you have with others and yourself is carrying you into anxiety. This goes deep and I'll make more posts on the topic of decoding what is relevant. #functionalpatterns #biomechanicsculture
☝🏻 #Repost @themyohacker (@get_repost) ・・・ A very important question to ask. Whether it is overactivity of thought on irrelevant concepts, the need to constantly feel like you are doing something, or the impulse to ingest something orally to find emotional solace, all these problems are an issue related to anxiety. What's anxiety the biproduct of? A disorganized culture that allows irrelevant patterns of behavior to reign supreme. We as humans can't exceed our environment. Because our world has become toxic, it appears attaining happiness (homeostasis) in this culture is damn near impossible. The evironmental toxicity will create a disbiosis in your biology. With that said, knowledge exists as another environmental factor to help you override the disbiosis. Meaning that you overcoming your anxiety does not mean you are exceeding your environment, it means u are following natures rules. Before we can talk about overcoming anxiety, I think it's very important at some stage to admit we are anxious in the first place. You may assume you aren't anxious, but how can you really know? Is normal function to you operating like an engine at 4000 rpm on a regular basis? In my opinion, a high RPM is considered normal to normal people. My concern is how healthy it is to have a high rpm. How many people in today's world really know what it means to be "relaxed"? My the foreign sensation of relaxation potentially cause anxiety in a person? Lol, this rabbithole goes deep. I firmly believe that our anxieties are a first barrier in pursuing relevant goals as individuals. Tackling anxiety properly is likely the root cause of our societal problems. Let's be real with ourselves. The world is becoming more chaotic. Our deteriorating health says it all. We are highly stressed and we don't know why. My posts from here on out will relate to this topic. I'm a fundamentalist and anxiety is a fundamental problem in our world. I will have ideas to help people tackle their anxiety. Ofcourse I am no master of this. All I can do is give some perspective from a person running a multinational corporation who is now acheiving better balance physiologically. Stay healthy.

Some gait progressions of client Nolan. Came in about 1 year and half ago to FP w/ a bulging disks at L5 - S1. Left is a take from roughly 6 months into FP. Compression in his spine limited his movement and cause pain. Now he can potentiate his myofascia through movement w/out using his joints as main shock absorbers therefore helping decompressing his spine. Functional Patterns recalibrating humans to be 3-dimensional movers again. Good stuff @kukukachoo52 Left: Bulging disk L5-S1. Only propelling from waist up. Absorbing weight w/ joints more than myofascia. Choppy dynamic between upper and lower body. Right: Propelling from ground up. Using force transmission of slings to maintain cyclical motion at gait. #functionalpatterns #bulgingdisc #sprinting #lumbarcompression #backpain #anatomytrains
Este man🤙🏻 #Repost @fp__pablo (@get_repost) ・・・ Haters gunna hate, Doers gunna do. #FPALLDAY so you can hate me know. Growing up I was the biggest hater alive. When I was young and had to walk everywhere, I hated on everyone with a car. When I had a car and drove with the windows down in the summer, I hated on everyone driving with the windows up and ac on. I realized I was a hater because I was insecure in my mentality, physicality and abilities. A while back I heard about @functionalpatterns and everything that it embodies from the @thevenusproject and @tzmglobal to @anatomytrainsofficial @drjackkruse @cognitiverampage and #raypeat . All modalities that are anti establishment and counter to what is being pushed on us. It's been about 4 years now that FP has been giving my body the fortitude to challenge my beliefs and habits in order to change and adopt beliefs and habits that will ADD not take away from my life. My past hater self would have hated on the FP crowd. Now I know I would have hated because FP doers actually try and make changes in their life and our society while I was wasting my days high and drunk trying to be a bitch ass gangsta. I would have thought "oh they think they're better" well that's because they are better. Rather that to continue to be a hater I decided to make a change and join the FP movement. If your a hater, don't hate, join us. Our door is open to those who are willing to be honest and put in the work to create self and social change.
