I’ve had up days.... I’ve had down days: Everyone is so encouraging. Some people have message .... “how are you really doing” I try to be a positive person. I don’t want people to feel sorry for me. I don’t like depending on people. It’s hard to let people take care of you. Every week is better but it’s hard. My hand f*cking hurts everyday. It’s worse in the morning when I first wake up. I can barely straighten my fingers and it’s just insanely uncomfortable. Again ... I’m thankful I have my hand. I never want to sound ungrateful. I can hold a handstand again the wall about 30 seconds. It’s very very hard. I time myself and hope to work up to a minute. Which would have been a piece of cake for me before. Sometimes it’s still hard to straighten my left elbow because the tissue damage. Whip lash - let me tell you about whip lash. It’s no joke. You don’t have a choice and it controls your movement. It’s better .... but it’s there. The more yoga, resistance training and activity I do the better. My hand stretches, strengthens and gets the point ... oh hey this is what I’m suppose to do? Is it easy? #hellno is it frustrating #heckyes Does it make me stronger #ofcourse Thank you everyone for your support. Seriously it’s means so much ❤️❤️❤️

I am so excited to announce that tomorrow morning is the official VIP pre launch of the brand new fitness program called LIIFT4. Joel Freeman @joelfreemanfitness is the trainer who created this program for all of you busy people out there who want to get in the best shape of your life but don't have a lot of time to devote to working out. The program is 4 days a week, 30 minute workouts and each workout contains a lifting portion combine with high intensity intervals and core work. Every workout is different and you can rest or do something else on the off days! So if you are a runner, swimmer, yogi, ect... you have the flexibility to mesh the two together! What’s your secret sauce? People ask me that a lot. 😂😂😂 No secret. Seriously. There is no secret other than a good diet mainly plant based, my fav super food shake, yoga and 30 minute workouts from home. I'm consistent day in and day out because it FEELS GOOD!
