My current Tonic: Sheng Jiang (fresh ginger), Cong Bai (white bulb of green onion), Chaga (mushroom), Huang Qi (astragalus) Bring 2.5 Cups of water to a boil and drop to a low simmer for 1hr Crafted to fight colds, boost the immune and cleanse the system. And it tastes good! Add Da Suan (garlic bulb) if you've already caught a cold to help the body fight and Chen Pi (tangerine peel) if you have phlegm.
