This week at The Dish Cafe... Do the cold temps and snow have you down? If you're like me, food always helps even everything out. And the best part, we will do the cooking for you! #TacoTuesday we will heat things up a bit with our Buffalo Chicken Tacos! When you combine our tender, Buffalo roasted chicken with our Bleu Cheese dressing, crispy bacon, pico, and our house made wing sauce, it makes for an amazing balance of flavors. We will also have Lobster Chimichangas. Two fried tortillas, stuffed with seared lobster, three different cheeses, pico, and served with guacamole and an Old Bay sour cream! Our #PieOfTheWeek on Wednesday will be the Hawaiian BBQ, proof that pineapple does belong on pizza! Our take on this will include ham, onion, banana pepper, roasted pineapple, mozzarella cheese, and a sesame BBQ sauce that puts this into another realm of delicious! Sriracha Lime Salmon: Scottish Island salmon glazed with a sriracha lime sauce and choice of two sides. The Jeffrey: Six ounce Swift Level Farm grass fed beef burger with candied bacon, fried onion, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, and choice of one side. Braciole and Lobster Tail: Four ounce braciole filet stuffed with cheese and seasoning, with a five ounce lobster tail cooked to perfection and choice of two sides.
