This week at The Dish Cafe... The leaves are falling, along with the rain, so we are going to rise to the occasion and bring you some new and improved flavors, the only way we know how! #TacoTuesday will see our Shrimp Tacos take the stage again, this time with a citrus twist. Seared Ancho-Lime Shrimp, finished off in our Chipotle Cream Sauce, then topped with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Lettuce, and topped with an Old Bay Sour Cream. Our second entree will be a seasoned, grilled Chicken Breast served on top of a Creamy Roasted Jalapeno Rice. Did I mention that our chicken is hormone-free, and free-range? Happy chickens taste better! #PizzaWednesday will have an idea we have been thinking on for some time now...Beer Cheese and Sausage! Our latest #PieOfTheWeek will feature a house-made Beer Cheese, Spicy Italian Sausage from Swift Level Farms, bacon, and onion. TONIGHT....once again, we will have our take on Arancini, loaded with provolone, prosciutto, and spinach! We also have a Roasted Chicken Tuscany, that will be the perfect entree to compliment our Arancini starter!

Tuesday we will have one of the greatest tacos ever constructed, the Buffalo Chicken. Slow roasted, marinated chicken along with crispy bacon, pico, and lettuce, and the best bleu cheese dressing you can buy anywhere....if you have never had this taco, you are missing out! Our second special will be Lobster Enchiladas, which bring buttery lobster, seared in Long Point Lager, a blend of cheeses, and our house made enchilada sauce together for a very balanced flavor. For Wednesday, our featured #PieOfTheWeek will be a Chicken Teriyaki, which will have grilled, seasoned chicken, pineapple rings, jalapeno, Monterey Jack cheese, and topped with teriyaki sauce. #whole #fresh #local
