TONIGHT...How may many ways can we Filet? We have a Black & Bleu Filet, just for you! Cajun seared Halperns Filet Mignon, topped with a Bleu Cheese Compound Butter.
This week at The Dish Cafe... Our culinary team is constantly evolving our approach to food ideas, both new and old, and I think you will love what we came up with! #TacoTuesday we will have Ahi-Tuna Tacos! Sesame seared Tuna, with Roma Tomatoes, Monterey Jack cheese, Sesame Cole Slaw, and topped with Wasabi Creme, this is a taco you're going to want to take pictures of before eating. We will also have Buffalo Chicken Quesdillas! Grilled chicken, seasoned and tossed in our house-made wing sauce, these are then loaded with Pico, Bacon, Jalapeno, and melted Cheese, stuffed between two crisp, buttery Tortillas. Our #PieOfTheWeek will be a Black Bean & Veggie Pie! This will have our Black Beans, made with Long Point Lager, grilled Mushroom, roasted Bell Pepper, fried Onion, Cheese, and topped with a Garlic Cream Sauce that will bring all of these flavors together. #whole #fresh #local
This week at The Dish Cafe... It would seem that nothing can ever prepare us for the time change. Except for food! Food always makes things better! For #TacoTuesday we will be bringing back Pork Carnita Tacos! This crispy, yet tender variation on pork is paired with fried onion, pico, monterey jack cheese, and a roasted jalepeno and pineapple creme. We will also have a new take on Shrimp! This will be paired with a southwestern style risotto, along with fresh veggies, and a seasoning blend that you will have to taste to believe. Wednesday, we will have yet another idea for our #PieOfTheWeek ...Lobster Pizza! We take old bay seared lobster bites, shredded provolone, baby spinach, roma tomato, and finish with our house made Hollandaise sauce, as well as J.Q. Dickinson Salt Works finishing salt.
