This week at The Dish Cafe... The calendar almost says spring, the forecast says different though. Wild and wonderful West Virginia, indeed! Sounds like a great week for #tacos and #pizza ! #TacoTuesday we will have Chicken BLT Tacos, and our Salmon Fajitas! Our tacos will come with tender, breaded chicken, crispy bacon, diced tomato, artisan lettuce, monterey jack cheese, and topped with avocado ranch dressing. Our Salmon Fajitas will feature our Scottish Salmon, seasoned to perfection, on a bed of sauteed onion and pepper, and will have all of the proper fajita fixings. Our #PieOfTheWeek on Wednesday will be the Jamaican Jerk Pie! Grilled, dry-rubbed chicken, along with our sweet and spicy sauce give this a flavor like no other. We then add red pepper, banana pepper, onion, and monterey jack cheese on a crispy, fresh dough. This is one of our favorite pizza creations, and we can't wait to share all of this with you! #whole #fresh #local

This week at The Dish Cafe... One of the best parts about fresh food is that it brings amazing flavor and balance to any dish, and we know fresh food! #TacoTuesday we will have two of my personal favorite specials; Philly Cheese Steak Tacos and Chicken Enchiladas. Our tacos come loaded with thin sliced Halperns sirloin, sauteed pepper and onion, lettuce, tomato, and our spicy house made cheese sauce. It's like having a little corner of Philadelphia in Daniels. For our Chicken Enchiladas, slow roasting is the key for tender chicken. Our house made enchilada sauce, melted cheese, and pico bring it all together brilliantly. Wendesday our #PieOfTheWeek will be the Deluxe Cheeseburger! Seasoned ground beef and canadian bacon, red onion, tomato, fried pickles, cheddar cheese, and a spicy beer mustard...this has all of the amazingness of a cheeseburger, in pizza form! #whole #fresh #local

As we bring an end to the month of February, we begin our 'March' towards spring temperatures and flavors! #TacoTuesday we will have our incredible Buffalo Chicken Tacos, which combines our roasted, spicy chicken, crisp bacon, lettuce, pico, mild wing sauce, and our amazing bleu cheese dressing. We have a new burger for you as well! Our grass fed burger from Swift Level Farms will have a roasted jalapeno cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, cheese sauce, and a southwestern styled mustard. Our #PieOfTheWeek for Wednesday will be a Spinach Alfredo Pie! This will have baby spinach, caramelized onion, bacon, roasted tomato, and mozzarella, then drizzled with alfredo sauce. #whole #fresh #local
