Been a crazy ride so far.
Two years down and a lifetime to go.
I give a huge thanks to Jordan and Eric for everything they have done and continue to do in my life. I have learned so much from these two over the past two years that I never even considered in my previous 10+ years of working out.
When Jordan created Flobility a few years ago I thought he was out of his mind. I was completely against the type of training he was starting to do and didn’t really believe in the things he was telling me... That quickly changed 🙈 a few months later I started to get interested. The more research I did about training the more I realized how far off I really was with the way I was working out. Jordan started coaching and training me in a lot of the new stuff he was learning and I was extremely humbled in how much I couldn't do. Still continues now when he corrects me every other day 😔
Long story short, over the past two years he has become like a brother to me and have pretty much been connected at the hip going back to school, living, learning, training together almost every day and trying to spread the good knowledge about the spine 👍 I can't thank him enough for the things he has done for myself and Flobility.
Although we might argue quite a bit..(mostly about my knees and adductors) I wouldn't have it any other way and cannot wait to see where all of this can go.
When I moved out to LA I had goals and dreams of getting into the "fitness" world and helping a lot of people. I never imagined it would be through this path. A very different experience coming from only caring about how much weight I was moving and now focusing on how well my body is moving.

🔷🔶 #gorillaback
💥 Core, ABductor, ADductor 1️⃣ The weight belt is pulling me into APT #bootydo and I'm fighting against it. 2️⃣ Gaining ADductor sensitivity without extending the low back.
Flat/no upper back, dissociated mid section, thick waist with some superficial show abs 🙈
#medicineball fun in the shoulder roll up. Keeping the chin off the chest. ✅
Getting rid of my double chin and forward head. 🙏 📍 open the back with the inhale 📍 control the ribs with the exhale #tugofwar
"You ready to crush this workout" (Swipe) "ok, you workout and I'll do my hair" #bts 😂😂

🔃 #flip
TRX and cables. Staying LONG in all movements ✅
Had some pain and discomfort in the knee. 😫 ... ▶️ So we did a little talking to the top butts, got some pressure out of the knee and deepened hip flexion. ... ▶️ Started doing some step ups at the end without pain and also had better stabilization. 🙌 ... ❇️ @reabrandi
With a controlled rack pull we set our HIPS first then LENGTHEN our SPINE upward ⬆️ #decompression -- This is a lift that can be extremely beneficial to changing your structure and moving better. 👍
Too good not to #Repost @islandninja ・・・ #Jesus is the G.O.A.T. ✝️ April fools legend but also my Lord and Savior ✝️ Happy #Easter Everyone! #Hehasrisen
Not quite @moderntarzan level but we'll get there. 🤫
Deepening our hip flexion. Regressions from sitting in our squat. 🔄 @reabrandi 👍
Most of the good things in life take time. ⏱ #turtlerace #trusttheprocess
More slider fun. 🎉 Getting some ROM in the shoulders and stretch in the lats.
When we talk about pulling the string. ↔️ -- Lay on your back and exhale your ribs down. Chin rise... Retract your chin, ribs rise... 🤯 -- Pulling the string to lengthen the backline and #decompress the spine. -- Power cat is just working on a different plane. Then we apply it to other work.
