Breathe deep and live in the present. Then breathe deep again. A lot of people don't breathe. They don't even realize this and then wonder why they aren't feeling so well. Every cell in our bodies need oxygen, even our skin. Learn to be aware of your breath and breathing patterns. Spend time each day breathing deep. When you are worried pay attention because a lot of times we stop breathing then and that just makes this worse. Have a super day!!

I hope your week is going amazing!! Let's talk garlic for a moment - Did you know that consuming garlic on a daily basis (in food or raw) helps to lower cholesterol levels because of the anti-oxidant properties of Allicin? This is just one of the many benefits. If you aren't already, I would begin incorporating garlic into your daily food intake. If you don't like the taste, you can even chop it up and take it like a pill! :)
Meat has so many nutrients. If you are a meat eater, just make sure you are eating a high quality meat, preferably organic, grassfed, clean and free from antibiotics and added hormones and from a quality source - local is most always the best.
Think about it: the first thing you do when you try a new skin-care product is to smell it. People LOVE things that smell good but make sure the fragrance in your products come from natural sources such as essential oils!

There are no regulations for skin-care product labeling - except sunscreens. Because if this it is even more important that you become a label reader. One of my rules of thumb is if you do nit know or cannot pronounce at least half the ingredients on your skin-care label, then do not put it on your face! Remember, your skin is extremely absorbent and what you put on it affects your organs. XOXO 😘
