🔴SPOILER WARNING🔴 • Oh boi this episode was a rollercoaster of emotions. It was a great episode for Batman fans. We got to see the freaking Bat Cave!! And also Jason and Dick interacting which for me was the highlight of the episode. Despite them arguing a bit, we got to see some funny scenes between them. And Curran Walters was so freaking cool as Jason, seriously what a spot on casting. The scenes with Dick and Kory were also great. Now onto what I wanted to focus on. In this episode we got to learn more about Dick, and the more we get to know him, the more conflicted I feel towards Bruce. I know it's hard to judge him because most of the things we are hearing about him are coming from someone who right now hates him a lot. But that tracker thing was messed up. I'm sure Jason was right and Bruce placed it to make sure Dick stays safe. I have no doubt about that. I don't like that he hid that from Dick though. But it seems like Bruce knows that it was a bad idea, because he didn't do the same thing for Jason. I doubt that we'll ever actually see Batman but I really hope somehow we do because I need to know more. Like I said this episode was very emotional. The fight scene between Robin and Tony Zucco was very hard for me to watch. Dick was completely out of his mind. When he yelled "I want my parents back!" my heart broke. Honestly I was not expecting him to leave Tony to die. I know it's not that shocking considering what we've seen from him and I get what he was feeling but it was just hard to watch Dick do something that we know is so unlike him. And it's clear how much that decision affected him. He told Jason he was the one who murdered Zucco, but that's not what happened. He blames himself. I think this might have been the beginning of his fallout with Batman. Although him leaving Gotham only happens a year after I can only imagine how angry Bruce was when he found out about what happened. Speaking of leaving Gotham, there was so much Nightwing foreshadowing in this episode. We are probably going to see Dick leaving the mantle of Robin permanently sooner than we expected. On a final note, the promo for the next episode got me so hyped. It looks insane!
