Coulée de Serrant monopole in the Savennières appellation of the Loire Valley has long been considered one the best dry white producing sites in France. Originally planted by Cistercian monks in 1130, the site has produced close to 900 consecutive vintages. The Chenin Blanc grown here is made by Nicolas Joly, regarded by many as the godfather of biodynamic vineyard practices. These wines are singular and profound, and we are thrilled to have the 2009 vintage available by the bottle. If it’s just a glass you’re after, try the 2016 Les Vieux Clos, now pouring under Coravin.
