Inspecting the floor at the new gym location.
After a very inspirational and educational weekend at one of @josephbartz workshops (hereby highly recommended), I am incorporating more floorwork into my practice (among other stuff). So here you can see me trying to integrate some stuff into longer sequences. "Just" integration, since improvisation is a completely different animal to tackle later on (to be fair, the rotation into bridge in the middle part wasn´t planned. I just got carried away a little on the movement before and had to make something work to continue, which resulted in the lowest and stiffest bridge known to man... so if you want to call that improvisation, go ahead) Some random thought at the end: 1. The floor isn´t always nice, soft judo-mats. Deal with it. 2. My funny movements are far from perfect, but so are we all.... 3. Motivational hippie quote to seem more sophisticated or whatever: "Rolling on the floor means you are getting a massage from the planet (or mother nature; if you want to be even more of a pretentious little shit )" #movementculture
Meta-Arschloch quasi. #masterarbeit #akademischer #bullshit
Getting back on track after some setbacks with some tuck-planche-pushups.
