I put music underneath this woman who works out at my gym. I’m pretty sure I nailed what she’s been listening to. I’m not hating on her technique, I’ve just never seen it before. If I had to guess, it’s called, “The Exorcism Exercise” Swipe ⬅️ #Gym #DanceLikeNooneIsWatching @gymmemesofficial @iggymfails
Woah.. woah.. Life checkpoint. I moved to LA 5 years ago today! I’ve been chasing the same thing since day 1. It’s very hard to transform this thing in my head to reality.. I don’t quite have it yet but the pieces are falling into place. I’m really thankful for new friends, new mentors, lessons learned and really just finding comfort in the crotch area of skinny jeans. Seriously though, I remember signing the Uhaul paperwork and feeling vulnerable and nauseas. Leaping into the unknown is scary as hell.. but that’s the place to grow. Here’s to another 5 LA. #Dreamer #Radio #SmallTownBoy
Some call it #tbt but we call in #BSB . Back Streets Back. —— Haha came across pics from an event a homie and I attended. Couldn’t help but think of this right away 😂 The event was for a great organization called @apch2830 and they match mentors up with young people on the south side of LA to help improve or inspire their lives in any way possible. Love everything they’re doing! #StarsAndStrikes2018 @djteetime #backstreetboys
They’ll let anyone be President. First things first- I’m forcing Tom DeLonge to join Blink 182 again and they’ll be releasing an album every 2 weeks. Secondly, I don’t care how old Leonardo DiCaprio is now. We’re making an alternate ending to Titanic. Lastly, I’ll be bringing taco and breakfast pizza to California. I have daily jealous thoughts of my Midwest friends biting into the deliciousness whenever they choose. It’s not fair. Keep the Bush Light 😉 (Working on opening Chick-fil-A on Sundays as we speak.) If you don’t allow yourself to get lost then you have to be ok with knowing a part of you will never be found. Rant- Life gives us infinite options. We have an unlimited number of opportunities to do anything we want. I’ve always been intrigued by that. Why are we all not doing what we want? Why is fear there? I understand that all things of value come with a cost and that cost is usually having to step out of our comfort zones. Comfort zones are a turn off for me though. I’m only comfortable if I’m not comfortable. It’s strange anymore. I think it’s the sense of growth that I’m addicted to when I accomplish something out of my element. There’s a world we know and a world we don’t know. We should constantly be exploring the unknown to keep our mind curious. Curiosity leads creativity and creativity leads to passion and purpose. I can’t wake up without a purpose. I’m a dreamer, dudes. Not only that but I’ve been working hella hard lately and it’s been paying off. It’s been leading me to good places. I have some great news to share soon. Sorry for the ramble.
Advice for the kids- When a horse takes off sprinting and won’t stop or listen, scream (in a girl voice), “ohhhh myyyy fricken gooooddddd... ho ho ho.. pllleeease lord!!” He’ll then stop. 💪🏼
Fun fact: Mammoth Mountain was formed in a series of eruptions that ended 57,000 years ago. The volcanic gas (carbon dioxide) killed too many animals, trees and plants to count. Whether or not any of that is true, there are trees now and they grew back strong. Sincerely, Chris Helm’s back, wrist, neck and jammed fingers.
