I’ve taken up a ᴹᴼᴿᴺᴵᴺᴳ ᴿᴼᵁᵀᴵᴺᴱ. This is fairly new to me!! Most of the time I would just roll right out of bed and struggle to get ready for work! It was rough and not something I looked forward to! ⠀ ⠀ I started seeing a lot of talk about how you should have a morning routine and the benefits of it. So I figured I would try it. If you’ve ever watched my insta stories you’ve seen how I journal, mediate, sage, use essential oils, pull a card and read. This is my routine. It gets me excited to get up, well most days. It puts me in a happy mood and starts my day off right. It only takes 5-10 mins to do and makes me feel so much better!! ⠀ ⠀ I suggest you start trying a morning routine.
